This is about architecture and scale and fun. As we have built out our urban areas more and and more, we have squeezed out (and priced out) much of the beauty that went into architecture before us. Now, unless it is a glam project for starchitects with unlimited budgets, then architecture has gone the other way - thinking more about speed and budget than anything else.

It’s time to go back to basics. Back to craftsmanship. Back to the simple things where people can figure out their own uses for structures. Playgrounds these days have things that do one thing, and one thing only, so when kids get bored of that one thing, they stop coming. We need more structures that let kids adapt their play to the space, rather than the space define their play. Give them a modern playground, and kids can play 10 things. Give them a cool structure to use and interact with and the options are unlimited.

This brick sculpture can be installed in urban or green areas as a hang out space for people to meet and chill. Kids can play in it, adults can sit in it.

Bricks are one of the oldest building materials in humanity and continue to stand the test of time.

While many new buildings have brick facades that have been ‘printed’ at a factory, all our sculptures are build the old fashion way, with skilled bricklayers laying every single brick. It’s a real art, and it means that these sculptures will be around to enjoy for multiple generations.

All settings are different, so if you have a project where you think something like this could work, please reach out to us and we can collaborate.
